Northern Colorado Kids Thrive is seeking a Family & Provider Navigator to assist families, child care providers, educators, and partners in understanding and accessing early childhood programs. The role emphasizes clear communication, referrals, and follow-up to simplify services while identifying barriers across Larimer County.
The Navigator will build relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the program ingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
