Four Oaks Enterprise in Mason City, IA is seeking an experienced Adoption & Permanency Support Caseworker to provide supportive services to adoption, kinship, and subsidized-guardianship families.
In a blended role, you will develop support plans, coordinate crisis response, and collaborate with HHS/JCS and other stakeholders to ensure permanency and family stability. Travel to families' homes and meetings is required, and you will participate in supervision, trainings, and contract activities.
