Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. in Portsmouth, NH seeks an Outreach Specialist/Case Management – Adult Services to coordinate services and provide advocacy and assertive outreach for adults with mental illness.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or equivalent is required, with preference for 1 year of field experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
