Location: Northern
Home First is seeking a Temp Case Manager for the SSVF program in the Bay Area. You will support participants in housing stabilization, assess needs, coordinate benefits, and document progress. This temp role requires Day shift work, up to 25% travel, and offers an hourly compensation of $33.17.
The Case Manager will handle eligibility, verification, enrollment, and ongoing needs assessments while collaborating with a Program Manager to meet service goals and adhere to grant requirements.
