SAGE Redwood City is seeking a Certified Rehabilitation Veterinarian to lead and grow our established Rehabilitation Service. This is a unique opportunity to step into a service with an excellent foundation, a strong referral base, dedicated rehabilitation nursing support, and a current doctor who is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and remaining a resource as you step into the role.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of a well-equipped Rehabilitation Service while also helping shape its next chapter. With two dedicated nurses currently completing their rehabilitation certifications, an established caseload, and a highly collaborative hospital environment, you’ll have the support needed to provide exceptional care while developing the service around your clinical interests.
Our Rehabilitation Department is thoughtfully designed for both wet and dry therapies, featuring a dedicated aquatic space with a water treadmill, spacious dry rehabilitation gym, PEMF beds, Assisi loops, and advanced laser therapy. Wet and dry treatment areas are fully separated with a pass-through door, allowing multiple therapies to take place simultaneously.
SAGE Redwood City is also expanding into a newly renovated second building, creating additional opportunities for the Rehabilitation Service to grow, innovate, and expand its capabilities.
At SAGE, you’ll work alongside a collaborative community of veterinary professionals who value innovation, teamwork, and high-quality patient care. Rehabilitation naturally intersects with Surgery, Neurology, Emergency & Critical Care, and other specialty services, providing opportunities for meaningful interdisciplinary collaboration.
