• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Active Michigan Social Work License
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Support both General Education and Special Education students
• Serve as the school's 504 Plan Coordinator
• Deliver social-emotional support and behavior intervention services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary planning and support meetings
• Assist students in overcoming barriers to academic and social success
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
