Our youth-centered group home behavioral health programs focus on treatment plans that deliver outstanding results in service to the juvenile justice system. You can learn our approach, become part of a solution, and position yourself for growth and advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and mentor youth in a residential setting.
• Maintain safety and order using approved crisis‑prevention and physical intervention techniques when necessary.
• Participate in de‑escalation, restraint, and emergency response procedures as trained and required.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to provide consistent structure and support.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

Because this role involves working with older and sometimes physically aggressive youth, candidates must be able to:

• Safely perform physical interventions and restraints with individuals who may weigh 200+ pounds, using approved techniques.
• Stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout the shift.
• Successfully complete and maintain certification in Adelphoi’s crisis intervention / restraint training and pass any required physical abilities assessment
