Credentialed Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) — Binghamton, NY Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $28–$30/hour

The IMA Group is hiring a full-time CASAC for our Binghamton office. In this role, you'll be the person who meets clients at a turning point — assessing their needs, connecting them to the right OASAS program, and following through to make sure they don't fall through the cracks. No caseload to carry home, no on-call rotation, no billing pressure. Just focused, meaningful work with a team that backs you up.

• Complete timely substance use disorder assessments scheduled through the Broome County Department of Social Services
• Recommend treatment and make referrals matched to each client's circumstances
• Track client engagement in OASAS programs and keep documentation current
• Use your knowledge of local providers and community resources to move referrals quickly
• Secure consents and confirm placements
• Build strong working relationships with the SAAM team, DSS staff, and area OASAS providers

• Active CASAC credential in New York State, with continuing education per OASAS requirements
• One to four years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
