We are seeking experienced Support Workers to provide support for residents with complex support needs within their home.
Nulsen Home (Success) - permanent parttime positions.Due to resident supports we require female applicants only.

For over 70 years, Nulsen Disability Services is known to provide the highest quality services and support to people with complex disability in WA. We foster a culture of compassion, dignity, and empowerment for the people we support, and we live by our person-centred values day-in, day-out!
You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the delivery of quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and support people to achieve positive outcomes.
Next intake will commence induction on the 19 October 2026. This is a 9-day paid induction where you will be equipped with the best training and knowledge to be a Disability Support Worker at Nulsen.
What you’ll bring to the role:- A minimum 2-years experience supporting individuals with complex behaviour support needs.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A strong understanding of positive behaviour support and active support.
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to use your initiative.
- Have flexible availability to fit in with our current rosters (including morning, afternoon, weekend, night, split and/or short shifts) and supporting community access.
- A full Australian Driver’s Licence.
- NDIS Workers Screen Clearance
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID
011) including CPR with at least six months validity.
