This role pays $80,000–$92,900 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.
In addition, we provide:

- Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

- 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands‑on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:
- Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
- Hands‑on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
- Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
- Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
