The work

You will help train AI systems to respond more accurately and safely to cases involving child and youth abuse. Your work will draw on clinical practice, trauma-informed care, and ethical standards for supporting young survivors.

  • Analyze case-based scenarios involving youth abuse victimization.
  • Review and rate AI-generated mental health guidance related to abuse cases.
  • Create and organize content on trauma-informed care best practices.
  • Find clinical, ethical, and safety gaps in AI-generated responses.
  • Work with cross-disciplinary teams to align deliverables with current mental health care standards.
  • Take part in repeated review cycles to improve training data quality.
  • Document recommendations that make AI responses more sensitive, accurate, and safe for vulnerable people.
What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

  • Pay: $100 to $200 per hour in USD.
  • Hours:

    20 or more hours per week.

    English.
  • Location:

    remote, open to applicants in the United States.
  • Credentials:
    Completed MD, PhD in psychology, or PhD in social work.
  • Experience:

    Extensive clinical work with youth who are victims of abuse, with a primary or exclusive focus in this area.
  • Expertise:
    Trauma-informed practices and interventions for young abuse survivors.
  • Current practice:
    Active clinical engagement, with most working time dedicated to supporting abuse victims.
  • Professional standards:
    Commitment to ethical conduct and protecting participant privacy and well-being.
