Impact Support Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Manager for Career Services to lead employment services for individuals with disabilities. This position provides supervision and support to Career Specialists while ensuring high-quality services, compliance, and successful employment outcomes for the people we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate Career Specialists.
- Coordinate employment services, referrals, intakes, and person-centered planning activities.
- Develop staffing and service schedules to meet individual needs.
- Monitor documentation, service records, monthly reports, and billing processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, community partners, families, and other stakeholders.
- Support job seekers in achieving meaningful employment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, CARF standards, HIPAA requirements, and other applicable guidelines.
- Participate in meetings, staffing conferences, and program planning activities.
Provide direct services as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Key Requirements
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Special Education, Business, Marketing, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Experience in employment services, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, or related services preferred.
- Strong communication, written, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Valid Class E Missouri Driver’s License.
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Successful completion of reference verifications, criminal history background check, I-9, and driving record review.
- Ability to complete and maintain all certifications required by the agency or program assignment.
