Are you a social worker who enjoys Court Work and working with freedom and flexibility?

Leaders in Care are working with a proactive Local Authority in the Cheshire area, offering an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and families, while enjoying flexibility, support, and stability.

This position offers a balanced approach to hybrid working - with only two days per week in the office and the rest from home. You'll be part of a committed safeguarding team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for children and young people.

Your Role:
  • Undertake assessments and interventions to safeguard children at risk.
  • Manage a caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and court cases.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to effective care planning and permanency arrangements.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive management structure that values reflection and professional growth.

About You:
  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in Child Protection and Court Work.
