Pine Street Inn in Boston, MA is seeking a Case Manager to provide on-site, intensive case management to homeless individuals using Housing First. You will assist tenants with benefits, healthcare, education, employment, and legal aid, and develop personalized service plans.
The role emphasizes Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing, collaborates with a housing team, and follows a 40-hour schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
