Location: Northern
New Destiny Housing is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide on-site services at the Morris location in the Bronx. You will support families by connecting them to housing resources, health services, and educational activities, reporting to the Program Director.
The role requires 2 late nights per week and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Fluency in Spanish/English is highly preferred and prior experience with homeless families is a plus.
