Position Overview Kaleb House is seeking a motivational and compassionate minister to provide goal-oriented support to survivors participating in our restoration program. The Life Coach will work with survivors to identify personal goals, build practical life skills, and develop strategies for long-term independence and personal growth. As part of the multidisciplinary care team, the Life Coach collaborates with case managers, counselors, medical staff, and program leadership to reinforce holistic recovery and empowerment.

Primary Responsibilities Individual Coaching
• Partner with survivors to set realistic, measurable personal goals in areas such as education, employment, financial literacy, health, and personal development.
• Provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement to help survivors achieve their objectives.
• Help survivors develop life skills including time management, decision-making, problem-solving, and self-advocacy. Off-Site Support
• Provide two days per week of off-site coaching and support, which may include: o Assisting survivors with job readiness or educational enrollment o Supporting goal tracking and progress reviews o Connecting survivors to community resources and opportunities o Accompanying survivors to appointments or programs that support their goals Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Case Managers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Registered Nurses, and program leadership to ensure coaching complements therapeutic and care plans.
• Attend team meetings and provide updates on survivor progress, challenges, and successes.
• Identify barriers to independence and collaborate on strategies for overcoming them. Program Development
• Assist in the design and implementation of workshops, group sessions, and skill-building activities for residents.
• Encourage community-building and peer support among survivors in the program.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of coaching sessions and progress toward goals.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in life coaching, mentoring, or working with vulnerable populations strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and survivor empowerment strategies.
• Strong communication, motivational, and organizational skills. Key Attributes

• 1x 24-hour on-site shift per week with private residential accommodations provided.
• 2 days per week of off-site coaching and survivor support.
• 1 week out of every 4 weeks serving in an on-call rotation to provide urgent guidance or support as needed. Compensation
• Salary-only compensation. No additional benefits offered.
