Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Barnstable is seeking a per diem Social Worker to join our team. The role includes planning, organizing, and directing social services to meet residents' emotional and social needs on an individual basis.
Requirements include MA social work licensure (LSW/LICSW/LSWA/LCSW) and a bachelor's in social work. Prior hospital or skilled facility experience is preferred. Weekly pay ranges from $40 to $48 per hour depending on licensure and experience.
