New Avenues for Youth is seeking a Youth Support Specialist on the Alba team in Oregon. The role features a three-day work week with weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8:00–8:30) at $21/hr and a Wednesday night shift (8:00–8:30) at $23/hr.
You will intake youth, provide mentorship, and advocate for housing, resources, and recovery supports. You will document progress, participate in group and individual sessions, and collaborate with other providers to secure safety and stability for youth in care.
This is a great position to take on the Trauma-Informed Youth Support Advocate (3-Day Week) role at New Avenues.
The advertised compensation is 42.000 - 50.000.
