Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a SNAP Case Manager to handle day-to-day case management and system navigation for SNAP programs. The role involves working with youth ages 12-17 in dually served or youth justice populations, running groups, and coordinating with DCF/DJJ partners.
The position requires completing intake assessments, weekly progress monitoring, and data reporting across systems such as NETMIS and JJIS. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required.
