Software Development Engineer in Test

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SDET to join an innovative project aimed at enhancing efficiency and resolution times for large-scale retirement plans.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions, developing scalable test frameworks, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through performance and functional testing.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Create and implement robust test frameworks to support scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in the testing process.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Load Runner.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of retirement plan management systems or financial services.
