We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer to join our team. The role involves maintaining and refactoring existing applications, designing new applications with user interfaces or service-oriented architecture, and developing and optimizing in-database code. The candidate will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions that support critical missions.

• Maintain and refactor existing web applications built with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and Oracle databases.
• Design and develop new applications, including user interfaces and backend services.
• Perform logical database redesign and develop PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Collaborate with team members to plan, build, and deploy applications following Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) practices.
• Ensure code quality by applying standards such as Sonar Qube and OWASP guidelines.
• Use source control systems (SVN, GIT, Mercurial) to manage code revisions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in web development with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with C#, .NET, microservices, CSS, and HTML

• Proficiency in PL/SQL and database design.
• Familiarity with Agile software development life cycle and CMMI-compliant projects.
• Experience with quality assurance frameworks such as Sonar Qube and OWASP.
• Knowledge of source control management tools including SVN, GIT, and Mercurial.
• Preferred skills:
  Apache HTTP server, Red Hat Linux.
