We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This is a 12 month FTC contract role with a possibility of a conversion.

• Development & Customization:
  Create and customize Salesforce applications, modules, and components.
• Integration:
  Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third‑party applications.
• Apex & Visualforce:
  Utilize Apex programming and Visualforce pages for building complex business logic.
• LWC Development:
  Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive user interfaces.
• Testing & Deployment:
  Conduct unit testing of solutions and efficiently deploy to production environments.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Documentation:
  Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Certifications:
  
  Salesforce Developer Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I), Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Proven experience with Salesforce development and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce App Exchange and third‑party integrations.
• Understanding of data modeling and management within Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in:
  • Apex
  • Visualforce
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Process Builder
  • Validation Rules
  • Custom Objects and Fields
  • Trigger development
  • REST/SOAP API integrations
• Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies would be highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Dev Ops practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Copado, Gearset) would be a great addition.
