We are building an AI platform that turns conversations into bookings—voice, chat, SMS. You’ll work on real-time, AI-assisted agents that qualify leads, book jobs, and sync seamlessly with CRMs.
What You’ll Bring to the Table- LLM Engineering Expertise – Deep knowledge of prompt crafting, RAG, LLMs, multi-agent systems, and real-world AI integration.
- Hands-On Production Experience – At least 1 year working with LLM-based systems in live environments, especially chatbots/voicebots and multi-agent deployments.
- Tool Proficiency – Comfortable using Lang Smith
, Langfuse
, Promptfoo
, or similar platforms to monitor, debug, and optimize LLM performance. - Analytical Problem Solver – Skilled at identifying failures, optimizing edge cases, and fine-tuning prompt/context logic.
- Passion for GenAI – Constantly learning and experimenting with AI advancements, tools, and system design.
- Experience with multi-turn conversations and agent-like behaviors.
- Understanding of customer service workflows or home services.
- Background in designing systems that interface with end-users at scale.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written English is essential. Certification such as IELTS is optional.
- Prompt & Context Engineering – Design, refine, and optimize advanced prompts and contextual flows for LLM agents, including multi-agent setups for seamless collaboration.
- LLM Performance Tuning – Develop evaluation workflows and benchmarks to fine-tune prompt effectiveness, RAG strategies, memory systems, and multi-agent logic.
- Scalable Experimentation – Use tools like Lang Smith
, Promptfoo
, or Langfuse to test, version, and analyze prompt variations at scale. - Deploy AI to Production – Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to embed LLM systems into production voicebots/agents that deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Data-Driven Iteration – Leverage telemetry, user logs, and agent behavior data to continuously improve system performance and interaction quality.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve – Explore the latest in GenAI –
