Invoca's AI Platform is the unified foundation spanning Data Intelligence, Speech AI, and Agentic AI — and the underlying infrastructure that ties them together. This is the execution layer behind Voice AI, SMS Agents, Signals, Scoring, and emerging copilots.

This is a player-coach role at the heart of Invoca's platform. You'll personally own the Agentic AI domain and scrum team — orchestration, context, governance, and evaluation for every agent Invoca runs — while leading two Product Managers who own our Data Intelligence and Speech AI domains and teams. You stay hands-on with the hardest problems while building the team and coherence across all three.

The Platform Product team builds the shared systems that empower every product team at Invoca to ship data-driven and AI-powered experiences with confidence — and that ultimately shape what customers experience, both through Invoca's own products and through direct integrations customers and partners build on our platform via MCP
. We operate at the intersection of infrastructure, applied AI, Speech AI, and product design, sitting between internal product teams, external developers, and the customers they all serve, focusing on:

• Agent execution, orchestration, and context management

• Data Intelligence — ingestion, pipelines, and infrastructure powering downstream products

• Speech AI — real-time, low-latency processing at scale

• Evaluation, observability, and quality control

• Governance, safety, and multi-tenant isolation

• External extensibility — exposing platform capabilities directly to customers via MCP and other standardized interfaces, and driving adoption of them among external developers and partners

Our success is measured by leverage across that whole intersection: how many teams and external developers build on our platforms, how safely they innovate, and how quickly high-quality, trustworthy data and AI experiences reach the customers who ultimately feel them.

As Director of Product, AI Platform, you will personally own the product vision and roadmap for the Agentic AI domain — orchestration, context, governance, and evaluation for every agent Invoca runs — while managing two Product Managers who own the Data Intelligence and Speech AI domains respectively.

You'll set the strategic frame across all three domains and the underlying infrastructure that connects them, stay close enough to the Agentic AI work to make the hard calls yourself, and coach your PMs to do the same in theirs.
