** The Senior Developer, Application Development serves as a highly experienced, hands-on technical contributor supporting multiple complex application initiatives. This role plays a critical part in the
** analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance
** of enterprise software solutions that support key business units. The Senior Developer operates with a high degree of autonomy, provides deep technical expertise across systems and components, and contributes to architectural decisions and delivery strategy. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, accurate workload estimation, and the ability to clearly communicate and drive solutions for complex technical challenges.
* Act as a
** senior hands-on developer
** across multiple complex application initiatives.
* Lead technical analysis, design, development, and maintenance of software applications and components.
* Provide advanced expertise in
** troubleshooting complex application, system, and performance issues**.
* Design, implement, and support
** system enhancements, refactoring, and modernization efforts**.
* Research, evaluate, and implement solutions for
** performance monitoring, tuning, scalability, and system configuration**.
* Drive the development and maintenance of
** automated test suites
** and quality assurance practices.
* Contribute significantly to
** technical design and architectural decisions
** for complex projects.
* Accurately estimate effort, identify technical risks, and help plan delivery milestones.
* Mentor and provide technical guidance to associate and mid-level developers.
* Partner closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to achieve key objectives.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer science**,
** Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience - Required.
* ** 9+ years of hands-on application development experience**, with strong expertise in Java in a distributed system.
