Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders
- PEGA CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification - required
- Understanding of Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and UI frameworks
- Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based, and JMS)
- Working knowledge of Pega Dev Studio and App Studio
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar automation platforms
- Familiarity with Git or other source control systems
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts
- Exposure to performance tuning and production support in Pega applications
- Experience using JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in global delivery model
AdditionalRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
