About the Role

We are seeking a Contentstack Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise digital experience platforms built on Contentstack. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in headless CMS architecture, content modeling, integrations, and modern front-end technologies.

You will work directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define scalable content architectures and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and solution design for Contentstack implementations.
Define content models, taxonomies, governance frameworks, and publishing workflows.
Design scalable integration architectures between Contentstack and external systems.
Lead Contentstack migration and implementation projects.
Define API strategies using REST and GraphQL.
Guide front-end architecture for Contentstack-powered applications.
Conduct architecture reviews and technical governance.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices.
Support effort estimation, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities.

Required Skills

8+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of hands-on Contentstack implementation experience.
Strong expertise in Contentstack content modeling and environment management.
Experience designing enterprise-grade headless CMS solutions.
Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and Type Script.
Expertise in REST APIs and GraphQL.
Experience integrating Contentstack with commerce platforms, DAM systems, search platforms, and third-party services.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Strong stakeholder communication and solutioning skills.

Preferred Skills

Contentstack Launch, Automate, and Marketplace experience.
Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, or other commerce platform integrations.
Experience with content migration strategies and tooling.
CI/CD and Dev Ops exposure.

Multi-region or multi-brand Contentstack implementations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be currently based in the USA and authorized to work in the United States (US Citizen, Green Card holder, EAD, or a valid work visa that permits employment).
