Ford is seeking a senior embedded firmware engineer to own platform software for a multi-MCU distributed system. You will design reusable drivers, test infrastructure, and RTOS integration on Zephyr, delivering a scalable foundation for auto-grade applications.
We expect deep experience in bare-metal and RTOS firmware, real-time Ethernet, UART/I2C/SPI protocols, and hardware bring-up. You’ll collaborate with vendors, build test suites, and help drive release readiness across teams.
