ETL Developer ​/ Data Integration

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer / Data Integration Professional to design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions supporting healthcare business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ETL development, data warehousing, SQL, and cloud-based data integration technologies, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL/data integration workflows.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into data warehouses and data lakes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Build scalable and high-performance data pipelines.
• Perform data mapping, profiling, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot data integration issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and data engineers to understand requirements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance standards.
• Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and process improvements.

• 5–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in ETL/Data Integration development.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database development.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, Data Stage, Matillion, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Python scripting for data processing and automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/Bitbucket.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in the healthcare domain and healthcare data processing.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Strong competencies in data integration and ETL development, SQL and database management, data warehousing, cloud data technologies, performance optimization, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery.
