We're looking for a talented software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, learning continuously, and building products that make a meaningful difference. This role is ideal for someone who has delivered multiple challenging projects, takes pride in writing thoughtful, maintainable code, and enjoys both mentoring and learning from teammates. You will develop end to end, owning features from technical design and development through deployment, monitoring, and continued improvement. You will write clean, secure, readable, maintainable, and scalable code. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and other cross‑functional partners. You will design, integrate, and build internal and external APIs. You will develop new products and features while improving and modernizing existing systems.

You will write and optimise SQL queries and design relational database schemas. You will create and maintain complex backend services and algorithms. You will profile, troubleshoot, and optimise new and legacy code. You will build experiences that work across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments. You will contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering practices that improve quality, reliability, security, and developer experience.

You will ship thoughtfully and frequently in an agile environment with continuous deployment. You will care about our product, mission, and long‑term success, well beyond checking off development tasks. You will thoughtfully use approved AI‑assisted development tools to reduce repetitive work, explore solutions, and improve productivity while applying your own engineering judgment to architecture, implementation, security, privacy, and code quality.
