Job Description – Full Stack Developer
Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Innovation team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and services—from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust back-end APIs and data layers. You will work in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment where experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning are the norm.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable back-end services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs (e.g., Node.js, Python) using cloud-native solutions such as AWS.
- Integrate applications with databases (SQL and No
SQL), messaging systems, and third-party services. - Collaborate with other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, unit and integration testing, and adherence to security best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js and Python/FastAPI.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and No
SQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB). - Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of event‑driven architectures and messaging (Kafka).
- Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda).
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Contributions to open‑source projects or an active technical community presence.
