Senior .Net Engineer (+Blazor

We're looking for a Senior .NET Engineer (+Blazor) to join a niche American insurance company with 40+ years of experience in credit insurance, undergoing digital transformation! Our IT modernization initiative includes legacy system upgrades, automation of agent management processes, and other strategic enhancements. • Designing and implementing both backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions
• Working closely with business analysts and client-side technical teams to clarify requirements and refine solutions
• Defining modernization plans, justify architectural decisions, and contribute to team process improvements
• Taking ownership of tasks from requirements analysis to release, identify dependencies, and escalation roadblocks independently
• Evaluating technical risks, proposing mitigation strategies and document architectural decisions.

• Hands-on expertise in backend development (C#/.NET) and frontend frameworks (Blazor)
• Strong experience with SQL (e.g., T-SQL, stored procedures)
• Proficient in Git and Git Flow practices
• Ability to independently drive tasks from analysis to deployment
• Experience as both a solo developer and a team lead in enterprise projects
• Thorough approach to code quality, testing, and documentation.

• Experience with insurance/financial systems (credit insurance preferred)
• Understanding of system design and ability to create architectural documentation
• Experience migrating from monolithic to microservices architectures
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).
