AI & Process Automation Specialist

Yogurtland is hiring an AI & Process Automation Specialist to design and deliver AI-driven automation and process improvements across the business. The role focuses on applying large language models and automation tools to streamline operations, build automation workflows, and modernize systems.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead AI-driven initiatives to automate and optimize workflows.
• Build and deploy modern web applications and integration layers to support automation projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows to move and prepare data for automation and analytics.
• Integrate with POS/ERP platforms, cloud databases, and dashboards to enable reliable data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate project goals, and drive projects to completion.
• Use AI-augmented development workflows to rapidly prototype, iterate, review, and refine generated code and automation.

• Data engineering:
  Azure Data Factory, Python (pandas, SQL Alchemy), dbt, ETL/ELT workflows
• APIs: REST, GraphQL
• AI & automation: LLMs, chatbots, robotic process automation, Microsoft Power Automate, machine learning models
• BI:
  Power BI

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI automation, process automation, or data-driven operations.
• Proficiency with Python or similar scripting languages for building automation scripts and workflows.
• Experience designing relational schemas, query optimization (T-SQL), and managing Azure SQL Database connections.
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines (Azure Data Factory, dbt, Python) and using version control (Git/Git Hub).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to work from high-level requirements and iterate quickly.
• Preferred: experience with Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, project management, and AI-augmented development workflows (“vibe coding”).

• Hybrid position based in Farmers Branch, TX: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote per week.
• Monday–Friday shift with overtime as needed.

• $75,000–$85,000 per year (depends on experience).
