Your role
As a Frontend Developer at AICines, you'll build the AICines web platform — fast, accessible, pixel-perfect interfaces for creators and viewers.
Day to day, you'll:Build responsive, accessible interfaces across the AICines web platform
Turn design specs into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI
Optimise performance for a platform serving a global audience
Fix real bugs and handle real scale problems as the platform grows
Collaborate directly with founders, designers, and senior engineers
You'll be paired with senior team members from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — design systems, performance engineering, or full-stack work — based on where your interest develops.
Salary & benefitsCompensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands-on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.
Career progressionAICines is scaling, and progression is based on impact rather than tenure. Strong performers move into specialised frontend tracks or broader full-stack roles as the team grows. Interns who perform well are considered for full‑time positions.
