バックエンドエンジニア募集（テックリード）
内容福祉従事者向けtoCサービスのプロダクト開発全般をお任せします。今回は、事業グロースに向けた体制強化の募集です。具体的には、専門家監修のメディア配信、利用者と支援事業者を繋ぐマッチングプラットフォーム、福祉業界向けの人材紹介、求人機能など多岐にわたります。要件定義から設計、実装まで全ての工程をご担当いただきます。特定のプロダクトに留まらず、事業のエンジニアリング領域全般をミッションとして、toC向けサービスの新規機能開発や既存機能の改善などを幅広くお任せする予定です。
開発環境言語・FW：TypeScript/React/Jest/Storybook/Figma/Ruby/Ruby on Railsインフラ：AWS（ALB/Fargate/Aurora/S3/Lambda/Cloud Front/Elasti Cache/WAF/ etc..）/Docker/Redis/Elasticsearch/NginxDB：MySQLツール・その他：CodeceptJS/Playwright/ESLint/Github/Git Hub Actions/Jenkins/ Slack/Datadog/Fluentd/Big Query/Redash/etc..
必須スキル- テックリードのご経験
- toC向けWebアプリケーションの開発経験10年以上
- Ruby on Railsを用いた開発経験5年以上
- Dev Opsの経験
- 自社サービス企業でのアジャイル開発経験
- 技術選定と検証の実施経験
- TypeScript(React)によるフロントエンド開発の経験
- テスト駆動開発およびテスト自動化の経験
