We are seeking an Agile Developer/Automated Test Developer that will take part in modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies.

The Developer will be responsible for:

• Writing java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies
• Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
• Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
• Implement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, Gitlab and Git Ops
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Communication and collaboration:
  Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

• CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab & Git Ops;
  Kubernetes, docker
• Development in Cloud Environment
• Experience with Rules Engines

• AWS Services (i.e. Lambda’s, Step functions, S3, etc.)
• Document-based stored (MongoDB, Open Search, etc.)
• Relational Data Store Familiarity ( RDS, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)

The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $175,000 - $265,000.
