Agentic coding has changed how great teams ship software. We are looking for an engineer who is exceptional at directing coding agents and equally capable of writing, reviewing, debugging, and operating high-quality production code.

Our team comes from unconventional backgrounds, including sneaker botting and reselling, quantitative finance, consulting at McKinsey, research at MIT, former founders, and high school and college dropouts. We do not care where you went to school. We care about what you can do.

Take important product problems from an unclear starting point to a shipped result. Use coding agents to move exceptionally fast while keeping the work reviewable, secure, and reliable. Build across the stack wherever the product requires it. Inspect, debug, and improve both generated and human-written code. Talk to customers, challenge weak requirements, and propose better solutions. Own what happens in production.

You have shipped and operated real production software. AI coding agents are already a serious part of your workflow, but you can still reason through unfamiliar systems and debug them yourself. You move quickly without leaving a mess for someone else. You have strong product judgment, make deliberate technical tradeoffs, and do not need a perfectly written ticket before getting started.
