Salesforce Software Engineer II

• #1 Priority – Build great software that our customers and users will love.
• Design and develop features and functionality for our Sales Platform and Data solutions with minimal direction.
• Contribute meaningfully to architectural discussions, with an eye toward scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Write automated tests and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, maintainability, and adherence to team standards.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Apply security best practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of user data.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices; assess their relevance to our roadmap.
• Support and assist with Salesforce development and architecture initiatives and goals.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations and best practices.
• Salesforce certifications or working on certification(s) is a plus.
• Experience with React, Type Script, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD solutions such as Git Hub Actions.
• Experience working in an AWS environment.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and best practices.
  
  Ability to write reliable, clean, and maintainable code efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
