Ncontracts is seeking a Software Developer -- L5 to serve as a technical leader and strategic contributor within our engineering organization. This role will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, leading complex technical initiatives, and shaping the technical direction of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering leadership, product management, and design while serving as a key technical mentor and decision-maker for development teams.

• 7+ years of software development experience with demonstrated progression in technical leadership roles
• Expert-level proficiency in multiple programming languages including C#/.NET, JavaScript/Type Script, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) including infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration
• Advanced knowledge of database design, optimization, and management across SQL and No
