Position Overview

Client is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with anactive Secret Security Clearance to support federal government customers by designing, developing, and maintaining secure business applications usingthe Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience building enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 technologies while working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploycustom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop interactive dashboard sand reports using Power BI.
• Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, and security roles.
• Create custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using RESTAPIs, Azure Functions, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Develop plugins, custom workflowactivities, and extensions using C# and .NET.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications when required.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure Dev Ops, Git, and Power Platform Pipelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues,optimize application performance, and provide technical support.
• Ensure solutions comply with federal cybersecurity standards, governance policies, and Microsoft Power Platform best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning,backlog refinement, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Produce technical documentation,deployment guides, and user documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience developingsolutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with:

• Strong experience with:
  • C#
  • .NET Framework/.NET Core
  • JavaScript/Type Script
  • HTML/CSS

• Experience integratingapplications using:
  • REST APIs
  • JSON
  • OAuth
  • Microsoft Graph API
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops orGitHub for source control and CI/CD.
• Excellent analytical,troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified:
  • Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
  • Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
  • Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300)
  • Azure Developer Associate(AZ-204)
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal Civilian agencies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Familiarity with Share Point Online  integration.
• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
• Knowledge of Power Platformgovernance, security, and licensing.
• Experience working in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
