Service Now Developer

We are seeking a Service Now Developer with 6-8 years of experience, including at least 3-4 years focused on Service Now development. Expertise in Catalog development within the Service Portal, integrating with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, and strong JavaScript skills are required. ITIL v2/v3 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement solutions within Service Now.
Develop Service Catalog items in the Service Portal.
Design and develop integrations with Service Now.
Work with REST and SOAP APIs.
Write JavaScript code.
Participate in project rollouts, transitions, support, and platform upgrades.
Configure and customize Service Now applications (e.g., Service Catalog, Incident Management).
