We are seeking a skilled Appian BPM Developer with expertise in Guidewire Policy Center and TALON, specifically within the Property and Casualty insurance domain. In this role, you will translate client requirements into effective Appian solutions, designing, developing, and testing software applications within the Appian platform. You will lead discussions with both technical and business teams to gather requirements and promote continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities- Transform client requirements into Appian solutions.
- Design, develop, and test software applications using the Appian platform.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Foster continuous process improvements.
- Conceptualize, design, and build applications from wireframes.
- Develop code for various platforms to ensure cross-channel functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with teams across different time zones.
- Experience with Appian BPM (versions 16.x through 23.x).
- Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center and TALON.
- Property and Casualty insurance domain experience.
- Familiarity with database technologies (MSSQL, Oracle, SQL PL/SQL, SQL Server 2005, MySQL, DB2).
- Experience with DBC, XML, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL, and BPMN.
- Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
