Location: Northern

Support Center - Irving We are looking for a experienced Senior QA Automation to drive quality engineering across our Digital ecosystem, including e-commerce, mobile applications, APIs, Third-party integrations, and emerging AI-powered customer experiences.

This ideal candidate will define and execute automation-first with AI-enabled quality strategy, scale the existing automation frameworks, improve test coverage and release confidence, and lead quality engineering initiatives across multiple teams, this is a hands‑on technical lead role with strong experience in UI, mobile, API, service integration and end‑to‑end testing, combined with strong knowledge of modern AI-assisted test automation frameworks.

Major Activities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and standards for retail technology solutions.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects found during testing using defect tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on quality goals.
  • Participate in release planning and execution activities, including release testing and validation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance and retail technology.

Education
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance

Other

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Type of Experience the Job Requires

  • Quality assurance of retail technology or e-commerce application.
  • Experience working with retail POS systems, e-commerce platforms, or other retail technology solutions.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing.
