Senior .Net Full Stack Developer

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands‑on frontend, backend, and Azure cloud development experience to build and support healthcare applications and integrations.

Serve as an Athena SME with expertise in Athena APIs, patient/provider workflows, scheduling, referrals, and EHR integrations.

Strong technical ownership and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate healthcare workflows into scalable solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare web applications across frontend and backend.

Build and integrate REST APIs and third‑party healthcare systems, including Athena.

Develop responsive and user‑friendly interfaces using React.js / Next.js.

Develop backend services using Node.js / C# .NET, with SQL/PostgreSQL databases.

Build and deploy applications using Azure cloud services, CI/CD, and Git Hub Enterprise.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive performance and reliability improvements.

Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.

Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into end‑to‑end technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical mindset.

Ability to take technical ownership and work independently.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business/clinical needs into technical solutions.

Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced Agile environment.
