Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead with hands on experience in full‑stack development, cloud‑native applications, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, AWS Serverless, Microservices, and Dev Ops, along with experience leading teams, driving architecture decisions, and managing end‑to‑end delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews and technical coaching.
- Develop scalable Node.js microservices and React.js applications.
- Design and implement AWS cloud‑native and serverless solutions.
- Drive API integrations, event‑driven architectures, CI/CD automation, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Product, QA, UX, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders.
- Manage sprint planning, estimations, technical risks, and delivery governance.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
- Expertise in React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and Type Script.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, Cloud Watch, IAM, and Step Functions.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Terraform, Git, Sonar Qube, and CI/CD Pipelines.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Kafka, and RabbitMQ (preferred).
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and RBAC security frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, architecture reviews, technical risk management, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and deliver scalable distributed cloud‑native applications.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Exposure to Azure Dev Ops.
- Strong knowledge of event‑driven architectures and enterprise‑scale distributed systems.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 to $193,440
