Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our Applications team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining , and enhancing enterprise web applications while also supporting and integrating third-party platforms such as Service Now and the Microsoft Power Platform. This position is ideal for a well-rounded developer who is comfortable working independently, collaborating within a team, and communicating effectively with both technical peers and senior management.
The role includes hands-on development, system integration, and participation in ongoing application modernization efforts.
This position is based at our headquarters in Springfield, IL and is a in-office position (No remote availability) .
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain , and enhance enterprise web applications
- Write, maintain , and optimize SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures
- Configure, integrate, and support third-party enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments
- Ensure applications follow established best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
- Communicate technical concepts, risks, and progress to senior management
- Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing
- 5+ years of professional application development experience
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience configuring, integrating , and supporting third-party software platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, views, stored procedures; DBA experience not required )
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pace environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

- Experience with ASP.NET Core and Razor Pages
- Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with modernizing or refactoring legacy applications
- Experience with source control and modern development workflows
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working with changing priorities and evolving requirements
- Professional presence and ability to interact with senior leadership
The LRS IT team consists of a Chief Information Officer, Director of IT, Director of Applications, Director of Information Security, and teams for networking, infrastructure, cloud, communications, end-user services, and applications. The team is based in Springfield, IL and manages the global operations will report to the Chief Information Officer.
Salary Range$ 80 ,000–$ 100 ,000 annually plus paid overtime and full benefits. This range represents the low and high for this position.
