We are seeking an experienced Full Stack JavaScript Web Developer to build responsive React frontends, architect secure Node.js microservices, and integrate modern AWS search and data pipelines.

Your engineering contribution is organized into four core pillars:
1. Frontend Architecture & UI Delivery
- Build performant, accessible, and responsive web applications in ReactJS using modern JavaScript and Type Script patterns.
- Translate Figma mockups into reusable component libraries that drive consistent user experiences across client products.
- Optimize client-side performance, state management, and user interaction flows.
2. Backend Engineering & AWS Integration
- Design and deploy secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend microservices using Node.js, Express, and AWS serverless tooling (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS).
- Model and manage structured and unstructured data using SQL and No
SQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, RDS, S3). - Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, Git Hub workflows, and automated testing suites to ensure production-grade code quality.
3. Advanced Search & Data Workflows
- Implement enterprise search, indexing, and data retrieval capabilities using Amazon Open Search and Kendra.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL pipelines that unify disparate client data sources into searchable, actionable architectures.
- Integrate identity management and authentication best practices using AWS Cognito.
4. Agile Client Delivery & Collaboration
- Partner directly with Product Managers, UX Designers, and client stakeholders to refine requirements and demo completed features.
- Active participant in architecture reviews, sprint ceremonies, and team code reviews to elevate engineering standards across projects.
- Experience:
3–5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience utilizing JavaScript and Type Script. - Core Stack:
Deep expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL & No
SQL). - AWS Cloud Depth:
Proven track record building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3). - Consulting Mindset:
Excellent written and verbal communication habits with experience (or strong desire) working in client-facing agile teams.
- Experience in client-facing roles or consulting environments
- Expertise with Open Search, Kendra, or similar search/indexing services
- Experience implementing semantic search or working with LLMs in search pipelines
- Familiarity with AWS Glue, Athena, Step Functions, or other ETL tooling
- Working knowledge of Cognito and identity management best practices
- Experience with React Native or mobile-focused frontends
- Exposure to HIPAA, SOC2, or other compliance environments
