The Senior Developer & Automation Specialist builds the backend integrations, automation workflows, and AI-powered tools that run our internal operations and unlock client automation work. Full-time contractor role, remote-friendly.## What you'll do
* Develop services in Go and Python that integrate with HaloPSA, Microsoft Graph, and vendor APIs
* Build and maintain n8n / Rewst automation workflows
* Contribute to AI/LLM-powered projects (chat agents, document processing, custom GPTs)
* Maintain CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and documentation
* Pair with Project Services on client-facing automation builds## What we're looking for
* 5+ years backend development with Go or Python (or comparable)
* Strong REST API and webhook experience
* Experience with at least one orchestration platform (n8n, Rewst, Zapier, Power Automate)
* Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
