In this role, you will lead the architecture, modernization, and evolution of large-scale, distributed customer data and relationship capabilities, while guiding teams of developers in building resilient cloud-native systems. You will work across current and future-state architectures within Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech)—designing scalable APIs, data contracts, and self-service platform services that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial empowerment.*
* ** What You'll Do:**
* ** Technical & Platform Leadership:
Lead the architecture, end-to-end design, and implementation of highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud-native microservices, APIs, data contracts, and shared platform services.**
* ** Modernization & Ecosystem Evolution:
Provide technical vision for modernizing foundational customer data platforms while ensuring interoperability, continuity, and consistent interaction patterns across evolving database technologies and distributed systems.**
* ** Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner with digital product managers, database architects, and engineering leaders to define long-term technology directions, system architectures, and self-service capabilities that streamline regulatory compliance and developer onboarding.**
