- Pay Rate: $65,000–$85,000 first‑year average.
- Current Route:
Tuesday–Saturday; dispatch one day and return next day (home daily, not every night). - Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA/HSA; company‑paid life insurance.

- Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
- Verify bill of lading accuracy and store keys for off‑hour deliveries.
- Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and customer premises.
- Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
- Unload the trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
- At least 1 year (or 50,000 verifiable miles) of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely.
