• Pay Rate: $65,000–$85,000 first‑year average.
• Current Route:
  Tuesday–Saturday; dispatch one day and return next day (home daily, not every night).
• Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA/HSA; company‑paid life insurance.

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Verify bill of lading accuracy and store keys for off‑hour deliveries.
• Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload the trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year (or 50,000 verifiable miles) of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely.
